Karina Steffner
Karina combines mindful yoga practice with in-depth knowledge of wild herbs. Shaped by her own journey in the wilderness, she guides people with calm and sensitivity back to nature and back to themselves. As a yoga teacher and herbalist, she creates spaces for slowing down, grounding, and genuine connection.
Julia Maurer
Julia is a Hatha and Prana Vashya yoga teacher and has deepened her practice several times in India. Her master's degree in mindfulness in education, counseling, and healthcare, as well as her training in craniosacral therapy, shape her holistic approach. With presence and clarity, she opens spaces for experiencing inner spaciousness, awareness, and gentle transformation.
Together they create a protected environment where yoga, nature and silence flow together for more mindfulness, gratitude and inner peace in everyday life.

Recessions from
previous yoga sessions

I first met Karina at prenatal yoga and I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful yoga teacher! She has such a relaxed and calm manner, is incredibly knowledgeable, and teaches in a completely non-judgmental way. Her own yoga room at Sonnenhof adds a special touch, and with the sunset at your back, you can truly unwind and be completely present. Thank you!
Simone
Your calm, gentle, and empathetic approach makes every yoga class a wonderful experience for me. Thank you for that.
Beate
I've been taking Karina's yoga classes for a few months now, and I have to say they're doing me a world of good! I especially love the combination of strengthening and relaxing yoga exercises with breathing and mindfulness sessions or meditations! Karina's calm and positive energy rubs off on me in no time! Her program is suitable for both beginners and advanced students, as all the exercises can be adapted to different levels of difficulty. Yoga with Karina is pure bliss for me!
Gisela
Thank you so much for the yoga classes; they are good for my body and soul. For most of the class, I am completely present, fully in the moment, and able to leave everyday life behind. After the classes, I feel light and refreshed, so I can return to my daily routine with joy. Thank you, Karina!
