General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Bio-Sonnenhof Seebacher § 1 Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of offers, bookings, services and sales between Bio-Sonnenhof Seebacher (hereinafter referred to as "Provider" or "we") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Guest" or "Customer"), unless separate written agreements are made. Section 2 Contractual Partner / Description of Services The contractual partner is: Bio-Sonnenhof Seebacher Aich 16, 8943 Aigen im Ennstal, Austria Email: sonnenhofseebacher@gmail.com Telephone: +43 676 7340490 Bio-Sonnenhof Seebacher offers the following services: • Accommodation in comfortable rooms & apartments • Camping on the farm • Stays in alpine huts • Farm experiences and agricultural activities • Sale of our own organic products directly from the farm Section 3 Conclusion of the Contract The contract for the use of the services is only concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the provider – in writing via email or by telephone. Until then, the reservation request is considered non-binding. Section 4 Prices / Terms of Payment 4.1 All prices are in euros (€) including statutory VAT (unless otherwise stated). 4.2 Payments are to be made on site in cash or by bank transfer/debit card, unless otherwise agreed. Advance payments or deposits may be required upon conclusion of the contract. Section 5 Cancellation / Withdrawal 5.1 Cancellations by the guest must be made in writing. 5.2 Applicable deadlines and cancellation conditions (e.g., depending on season or the period before arrival) will be agreed upon with the booking confirmation. 5.3 In the case of short-notice cancellations, a cancellation fee of up to 90% of the agreed total price may be charged. Section 6 Services / Use on Site 6.1 The booked services are available to the guest exclusively during the agreed period. 6.2 Additional services (e.g., farm activities, meals, product purchases) will be charged separately. 6.3 Pets are only allowed after prior consultation. Section 7 Liability and Safety 7.1 The provider is liable for damages only in cases of proven intent or gross negligence. 7.2 The provider assumes no liability for vehicles, tents, and personal belongings brought onto the premises. 7.3 Activities related to agriculture and animals are undertaken at the guest's own risk. Section 8 Data Protection / Personal Data Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent. (Additional data protection policy available separately) Section 9 Severability Clause Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the intended economic purpose. Section 10 Applicable Law / Jurisdiction All disputes shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction for Bio-Sonnenhof Seebacher is its registered office in Liezen.
